Pecatonica River at Freeport affecting Stephenson County.
Rock River at Como affecting Whiteside County.
Rock River at Moline affecting Rock Island and Henry IL Counties.
Rock River near Joslin affecting Rock Island, Henry IL and Whiteside Counties.

Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.

Impacts
At 16.0 feet, Water affects much of Barstow Road between Barstow and Osborn. Water also affects homes in Osborn.
Additional Details
- At 9:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 14.6 feet and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.2 feet early Wednesday morning. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
What to do
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
The next statement will be issued by Monday morning at 1045 AM CDT.

- If your home is likely to flood, or if authorities tell you to evacuate, do so immediately and move to higher ground.
- Never walk, swim, or drive through flood waters or flooded roads.
- Stay away from areas where water levels can rise rapidly, like storm drains, culverts, creeks and streams.
- If you are trapped in a building, move to the highest floor and call 911. Go to the roof only if necessary.
- Do not go into any room where electrical cords or outlets are under water. Stay out of water that may have electricity in it!
- If your vehicle is trapped in rapidly moving water, stay inside. If water is rising inside the vehicle, move to the roof and signal for help.

At 14.0 feet, Major Flood Stage. Water affects South Shore Drive and North Shore Drive in Moline west of the 27th Street bridge. Water limits access to homes on South Shore Drive east of the I-74 bridge. Water also affects portions of 60th Street south of John Deere Road.
