Eagle Creek At Phalanx Station affecting Trumbull County.
For the Eagle Creek (Trumbull)...including Phalanx Station...Minor flooding is forecast.

At 11.0 feet, Barclay Messerly Road, McConnell East, and Knowlton Roads will be flooded and impassable.

- At 9:00 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 9.3 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late this morning to 10.5 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 9.5 feet. - Please visit www.weather.gov/safety/flood for flood safety and preparedness information.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.

- Do not go into any room where electrical cords or outlets are under water. Stay out of water that may have electricity in it!
- If your vehicle is trapped in rapidly moving water, stay inside. If water is rising inside the vehicle, move to the roof and signal for help.
