Cooler temperatures will move in behind a passing system and cool front today. Scattered storms will be ongoing to start the day and will redevelop through the afternoon. Some storms will continue to have a heavy rainfall rate threat but the overall threat of flash flooding will be lessened today. Storms with small hail and gusty outflow winds are also possible.
