Soupy Southwest Flow This Weekend

Ridge to our southeast will prolong southwest flow all through midweek next week. Over time, temperatures, dew points, and daily storm chances increase until then. Highs in the upper 80s to low 90s with dew points in the upper 60s by Sunday means the air will feel heavy and sticky in the afternoon. Widespread rainfall arrives by Monday where rain-cooled relief is possible albeit with the threat of locally heavy rainfall.
