Chances for showers and a few thunderstorms will increase across the west late this afternoon and evening. Showers will become more widespread overnight, especially across the western and northwest Sandhills. Good chances for showers and a few thunderstorms will persist Sunday into Sunday night, especially across the west and north central. Shower chances linger into Monday, with mainly dry conditions Tuesday. Highs will remain below normal the next several days with highs mostly in the 60s.
