Heat Advisory 10 AM Tuesday, July 21 through 11 PM Wednesday, July 22, 2026. WHAT: High temperatures as high as 95 to 100 degrees. Moderate to Major HeatRisk - this level of heat can impact most individuals, especially those sensitive to heat. WHERE: Portland/Vancouver Metro, Willamette Valley, Tualatin Valley, Southwest Washington Lowlands & Foothills, Western and Central Columbia River Gorge. PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS: Avoid strenuous outdoor activities during the day if possible. Stay hydrated & take frequent breaks from the heat. Find locations with air conditioning. Check on those sensitive to the heat. Beware of cold water shock: wear personal flotation devices when swimming in local rivers and lakes.
