Severe Storms & Flash Flooding Possible Today

Level 3 out of 5 severe thunderstorm risk across most of Pennsylvania, shown in the orange shading, with a Level 2 out of 4 flash flooding risk across much of those same areas as well. Hazards: Damaging winds will be the primary hazard with these storms, though large hail, localized flooding, and isolated tornadoes are possible as well. Timing: Severe storms are likeliest this afternoon into the evening, with non-severe thunderstorms during the morning.
