Excessive Rainfall Leading to Flooding Possible

July 21st, 4PM - Scattered to numerous showers and storms are expected Wednesday and Thursday. Showers and storms are expected to be fairly slow-moving as well as training, or forming one after another and impacting the same area, leading to increased concerns for flash flooding. There is a Slight Risk (Level 2 of 4) for Excessive Rainfall west of I-25 on Wednesday with a Marginal Risk (Level 1 of 4) elsewhere. The entire region will see another round of slow-moving storms on Thursday, so there is another Marginal Risk (Level 1 to 4) for Excessive Rainfall for the entire region.
