At 14.0 feet, Secondary roads are blocked. Roads near the east side of Geneva begin to flood. Some evacuations may be required and property needs to be transferred to higher ground.

- If your home is likely to flood, or if authorities tell you to evacuate, do so immediately and move to higher ground.
- Never walk, swim, or drive through flood waters or flooded roads.
- Stay away from areas where water levels can rise rapidly, like storm drains, culverts, creeks and streams.
- If you are trapped in a building, move to the highest floor and call 911. Go to the roof only if necessary.
- Do not go into any room where electrical cords or outlets are under water. Stay out of water that may have electricity in it!
- If your vehicle is trapped in rapidly moving water, stay inside. If water is rising inside the vehicle, move to the roof and signal for help.

Portions of northern Indiana, including the following areas, Adams, Allen IN, Blackford, De Kalb, Eastern St. Joseph IN, Elkhart, Fulton IN, Grant, Huntington, Jay, Lagrange, Marshall, Miami, Noble, Northern Kosciusko, Northern La Porte, Southern Kosciusko, Southern La Porte, Starke, Steuben, Wabash, Wells, Western St. Joseph IN and Whitley, southwest Michigan, including the following areas, Branch, Cass MI, Northern Berrien, Southern Berrien and St. Joseph MI, and northwest Ohio, including the following areas, Paulding and Van Wert.

Impacts
Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded.

- Several inches of rain have fallen over the past week, and flooding has already occurred in some areas, especially Wells and Adams counties.
