The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Missouri
Grand River near Pattonsburg affecting Daviess and Gentry Counties.

Impacts
At 25.0 feet, Low-lying farmland begins to flood. At 30.0 feet, Nearly all agricultural land and secondary roads in the Grand River floodplain flood.

- At 6:30 PM CST Tuesday the stage was 20.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 28.9 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Thursday morning. - Flood stage is 25.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

- Stay away from areas where water levels can rise rapidly, like storm drains, culverts, creeks and streams.
- If you are trapped in a building, move to the highest floor and call 911. Go to the roof only if necessary.

Another band of showers and storms moves through accompanying a slowly moving cold front. There is a marginal risk for some strong to severe storms across NE and Eastern MO this evening. Gusty winds resume (now out of the NW ) behind the storms and continue through the evening.
