At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.

- At 10:40 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 13.2 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Showers and thunderstorms this afternoon may produce strong to damaging wind gusts as well as locally heavy rain. Additional storms expected overnight, mainly after midnight, will pose another heavy rain threat. The greatest coverage of overnight storms is expected near/north of the Ohio River.
