Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Additional Details
- At 602 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 2 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mount Orab, Hamersville, Locust Ridge and New Hope.
What to Do
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
