Portions of southwest and western Oklahoma, including the following counties, in southwest Oklahoma, Caddo, Comanche and Kiowa. In western Oklahoma, Washita.

Impacts
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

- At 1018 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... What to Do
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.

Portions of Oklahoma, including the following counties, Atoka, Beckham, Blaine, Bryan, Caddo, Canadian, Carter, Cleveland, Coal, Comanche, Cotton, Custer, Dewey, Garfield, Garvin, Grady, Greer, Harmon, Hughes, Jackson, Jefferson, Johnston, Kingfisher, Kiowa, Lincoln, Logan, Love, Major, Marshall, McClain, Murray, Noble, Oklahoma, Payne, Pontotoc, Pottawatomie, Seminole, Stephens, Tillman and Washita and northern Texas, including the following counties, Archer, Baylor, Clay, Foard, Hardeman, Knox, Wichita and Wilbarger.

Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
