At 347 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 7 miles west of Freedom to near Alabaster Caverns State Park, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated & ASOS. At 340 PM, the Freedom Mesonet measured a 67 mph wind gust.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include... Freedom, Alabaster Caverns State Park, and Camp Houston.

* At 355 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 6 miles northwest of Freedom to 4 miles southeast of Alabaster Caverns State Park, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
