Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

- At 1017 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sweetwater, Roscoe, Champion, Maryneal, Wastella, The Intersection Of Ranch Road 608 And Highway 147, Camp Boothe Oaks, I-20 Near The Nolan-Mitchell County Line, Lake Sweetwater and Us-84 Near The Nolan-Fisher County Line. - This includes Interstate 20 between Mile Markers 229 and 253.

This includes the following Low Water Crossings... IH 20 frontage roads crossing Sweetwater Creek, IH 20 frontage roads crossing Bitter Creek, IH 20 frontage roads crossing Plum Creek, IH 20 frontage roads crossing Towd Creek, County Road 143 crossing Idlewild Creek, crossings along County Road 226, County Road 108 crossing Kldoogan Creek, County Road 229 crossing Cottonwood Creek, County Road 137 crossing South Fork Champion Creek and County Road 133 crossing Plum Creek. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
