Dangerous swimming conditions are expected due to high waves and onshore winds.

What to Do

Stay out of the water and away from dangerous areas like piers and breakwalls. Strong structural and longshore currents are expected. Rip currents are possible.

  • Stay off of rocks and jetties due to dangerous conditions
  • Stay out of the water to avoid hazardous swimming conditions, and stay near occupied lifeguard towers 
  • Keep small children in sight and within arm’s reach at all times.

Flood Watch for southern WI until Sunday Morning

1-3" of rain fell across much of southern Wisconsin early Saturday morning with another 1-3" possible this afternoon into the overnight hours Saturday. There'll be a lull in the rain late Saturday morning into the afternoon before the next round of scattered rain showers and storms develops in western Wisconsin. Flood Watch goes until Sunday morning.
